• TIME SCHEDULE
  • Business hours
    • Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Order delivering (pick-up) time
    • The orders are ready to be picked-up by 12.30 p.m.
  • Order receiving time
    • Waxes
      • The waxes should be received before 2.30 p.m. and should be ready for casting.
      • Fees will be charged on waxes supplied by customer that need to be fixed.  Fees are charged after five minutes.
    • Pink gold,  green gold
      • Waxes received on Monday’s and Wednesday’s
      • Casting on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s
    • Platinum
      • Waxes received on Monday’s to Friday’s
      • Casting from Tuesday’s to Friday’s
    • Stainless steel
      • Waxes received on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s
      • Casting on Wednesday’s and Friday’s

• PRODUCTION DELAYS
  • Orders with waxes production received before 9 a.m. will be considered as received the same day.  All orders received after this time will be considered as received the day after.

ALLOYCO may change those delays based on quantities asked.

• MINIMUM FEES

  • A minimum fee of $15.00 per order will be charged.

   

• SPECIFICATIONS

  • Characteristics of waxes ready for casting:

    • Be free of air bubbles

    • No damages

    • No flashing

    • Gate attached

     

  • Mould making:

    • Gates should be 1 inch, 26 mm

• RETURN POLICY

  • At the delivery, Alloyco will put doubtful product in an identified bag.  It is the client  responsibility to check these pieces and return them.  Credit will be applied up to one week after casting.

  • The ALLOYCO  guarantee is as following:

    • Waxes supplied by the client are limited to be re-casted only.

    • Waxes injected by Alloyco are limited to be reproduced (the defective parts only).

    • No credit or return is applied on hand made waxes (Ferris wax).

    • Molds worn out are not covered by a guarantee.

• METAL BUY BACK

  • To ensure to give our client a quality metal, all products excluding those mentionned above (for example: gates, products casted at another company, etc.) will be “buy back” at the scrap price.

   

• PICK-UP ORDERS

  • All orders should be picked-up no later than 30 days after production.
